Outreach Program

The Aldrich Public provides outreach to homebound persons in Barre as well as to residents of our local nursing homes.

Our outreach includes:  books, large print or regular print, books on audio tape, videotapes and other library materials.  Materials are delivered on a weekly or biweekly schedule.

Our newly automated system creates access to our catalog from the Internet and we will provide instruction in how to do this.

If you or anyone you know would benefit from this service, please call the library and leave a message.

The Outreach librarian will contact you to determine the preferences of the person who will be receiving deliveries and will also visit the person to confirm the delivery schedule.

Our outreach program is directed by Jacque Walker.
